王书珍教授、博士

王书珍,女,武汉大学理学博士,教授,1984.07,河南郑州人兼任山东中医药大学硕士生导师、长江大学硕士生导师、我院学科教学(生物)硕士生导师。湖北省首批“优秀基层组织”负责人生物科学教研室,湖北省一流课程《专业认知与劳动实践》课程负责人。黄冈市最美科技工作者。学校第一届“明珠学者”人才、年度校园风云人物、校第一届“最美一线教师”、“明珠巾英”。主讲《生物化学》、《生物科学专业导论与职业规划》、《花艺与生活》、《药食同源与营养健康》等课程。

目前主要从事杜鹃花的遗传改良和种质创新研究,以及大别山特色中草药资源的生物学功能研究和分子育种研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目、湖北省科技厅自然科学基金、湖北省教育厅青年基金、湖北省知识产权局基金、黄冈市科技计划项目、经济林木湖北省重点实验室项目多项,参与国家“863”研究计划。在《Food & Function》、《Food Science and Human Wellness》、《Gene》、《Breeding Science》、《Euhpytica》等杂志公开发表学术论文60余篇,其中SCI论文40余篇,获批发明专利5项,参编《基因工程》、《简明生物化学》、《食用农产品资源与健康》、《大别山中药材栽培与加工技术》等多部。
