胡婷,女,1988年生,博士,副教授,中共党员,湖北省仙桃市人,2017年6月获华中农业大学农产品加工及贮藏工程专业博士学位,2017年7月至今,在我院任教。主要研究方向为:多糖及其复合物的提取、分离和纯化;多糖的结构、链构象及其与生物活性的构效关系。参加国家自然科学基金、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金、武汉市应用基础研究计划项目等项目。目前发表论文10余篇,以第一作者发表论文6篇,其中SCI 4篇,EI 1篇,中文核心1篇。近几年发表论文如下:
